International Conference on Sleep Science: Psychological and Cognitive Effects

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, and in the presence of His Highness Prince Saud bin Jalawi, Governor of Jeddah, the University of Jeddah, represented by the College of Social Sciences and Media, held the (International Conference on Sleep Sciences: Psychological and Cognitive Effects)Held over two days, Wednesday and Thursday (October 15-16, 2025), in the conference hall at the University of Jeddah, the conference brought together a select group of international experts and researchers. The aim was to raise community awareness of the importance of sleep in improving cognitive abilities and mental health, and to foster cooperation between universities, research centers, and healthcare institutions, contributing to the development of scientific knowledge and improving quality of life.The scientific program included specialized sessions and workshops on sleep and mental health, cognitive performance and memory, and quality of life.
